طبع گیاه: سرد و خشک

خواص گیاه:

تقویت استخوان‌ها و مفاصل و جلوگیری از پوکی استخوان

مدر طبیعی و کمک به دفع سموم و سنگ کلیه

تقویت ناخن و مو و افزایش استحکام آن‌ها

مؤثر در بهبود زخم‌ها و التهابات پوستی

کمک به کاهش تورم و التهاب مفاصل

مؤثر در تنظیم فشار خون و سلامت قلب

منع مصرف:

در دوران بارداری و شیردهی نباید مصرف شود.

افراد با مشکلات کلیوی شدید یا ادرار کم باید با احتیاط مصرف کنند.

مصرف زیاد ممکن است باعث کمبود پتاسیم و اختلال الکترولیت‌ها شود.

تداخل دارویی:
ممکن است با داروهای دیورتیک، داروهای فشار خون و داروهای قلبی تداخل داشته باشد.
